missing key office.

I have the problem with key of microsoft office.
I don't find the key. all client have installed office ( more version )but I don't find the product key after scan.
I verify that in configuration --> product key are present.

I modified the registry key in license key; but I find it only I used lstriggher to the single client.

How can I rescan all client?
Must I modify the item scan? which item?

You can lower the waittime for "serialnumber"

Yes, in version 4.1 we will try generic scanning for all office versions without the need to enter the registry keys.
