Problem resolved through email. WMI was corrupt on the machine. A WMI repair script can be found here.

Thanks I detect the computer.
It's a virtual machine with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2.
I've deleted and rescan again using LSPUSH but the machine apears like: "Computer is not yet scanned"

Could you run the report below to verify which computer does not have an OS filled in.
To use the specified report, do the following:
• Open the Lansweeper configuration console and select Reports & Alerts\Report Builder. Hit the “New” button.
• Copy the SQL code provided and paste it at the bottom of the newly created report, replacing the default SQL code.
• Click somewhere near tblComputers so the new code applies.
• Give the report a “View name” and a “Report name” and hit the “Save” button.
• Double-click on the report in the report list to see its results and export options.
Select tblComputers.Computername, tblComputers.ComputerUnique,
tblComputers.Domain, Web40OSName.OSname
From tblComputers Left Join
Web40OSName On Web40OSName.Computername = tblComputers.Computername

Do you perhaps have a Windows 8 machine? Windows 8 is not yet supported.
