Thanks for your comment. It is indeed the built-in dashboard i want an extra column, but this can't be done i understand now.

If you want to display additional data in a dashboard, the recommended approach is to edit the report displayed in a widget to include any extra columns you need.  Then, add or refresh that report widget on your dashboard.

Here are the steps to easily find which report to edit.

Note: this only works on the Dashboard tab. Other built-in views cannot be edited.
