Ok will try today. this was not an upgrade. i wanted to move from a built in web site, to an IIS web site so that i could restrict access. steps i took were, backup DB, uninstall LS, reinstall LS, restore DB. i followed the KB steps for "moving LS to a new server".

i will reply later with an update on how this worked.

Could you try running setup again and upgrade your database.
The database doesn't seem to have the latest schema version.

Was this a new installation or an upgrade?
