Referring to the this thread Multiple Domains - Solved
(but it is closed so need to continue in new thread)

Is there any other workaround? Not related to LS specifically but I thought that "Enterprise admin" can log to an another domain (which is child domain) with Administrator credentials. As I have now verified there are issues affecting LS not to work.

Yep, so I noticed. I tried to use logon script -method but LS still can't perform inventory. RPC error, and all the other errors, disappeared tho. Also ConnectionTerter verifies all OK.
And yes... clients get properly connected.

It can log on, but it doesn't belong to the group "domain admins" of this domain.
the "domain admins" group has local admin access to all pc's in this domain.
