Network Company Branding

I'm trying to figure out how to get my logo inserted onto the website, and I can't find the setting to do that. We have the Network Support License, so we should be able to. Any ideas?

Do you have any html knowledge?

You can
1) replace images/lsblack.png with the image of your company
or
2) redesign page default.aspx (all other pages are build into this so you should only change one page to change the complete layout)
