i just installed lansweeper 4.1.0.132. I have filled in the scanning creditials and i'm access the lansweeper configuration from teh machine it's installed on. When i click on scanning servers all the options are greyed out.. All the tabs are greyed out as well. If i go to Scanned computers i cannot tell it to do a full scan.

What have i missed in the configuration. The credintials i'm logging in with are admin

The free version only allows scanning with lsclient.exe

No, it's not the premium version. What i've tried so far is

Port 1433 is up from the lansweeper service to the sql box..
the client has port 135 open on inbound traffic
I've done as this link suggest

Do you have the premium version?
Not all features are available in the freeware version.
