New report option is not available under Dashboard/All reports page

I am trying to add custom reports option.One forum I found it below Dashboard/All Reports and there should be add new reports button.But its not showing in my lasweeper window.

I've lansweeper premium version license and full website access at lansweeper and full permission at database level too.Please find the screen shots.

Either you are using the freeware version or you don't have the "edit reports" role (or it's a bug)
