I just downloaded the lastes version, I ran the setup.exe to upgrade our version like I have done with all previous updates, but when I get the choice to upgrade or reinstall, the "upgrade" option is grayed out. Any ideas?

How do I insert an image? If I select "attach files" I see no dialog box. If I select "insert image" I only get text img/img. I can email them to you.
