I recently moved my Lansweeper installation to a new server.

- backup lansweeperdb on the old server
- fresh install Lansweeper 4.0 on new server
- restore database to new server
- removed references in the config to the old server name
- started Lansweeper service on new server

Now I can't see the scanning server anywhere. Machines haven't been scanned in 2 days. I can confirm that the service is running with no errors.

Any ideas?

What exactly do you mean by this?
Can you post your errorlog.txt file please.

Yeah I suppose I wasn't very descriptive...

I have no scanning server configured through the Lansweeper Configuration, and I can't see it on the Web Console.

Anyway, I found the errorlog.txt file and opened it. The problem was right there in plain text. I had to change the password on the lansweeper service config to match the database.

It's all good now.
