Engaged Sweeper
This morning I noticed some computers were not scanned due to a "Not Found" error. I am not sure what could cause this...the computers are part of active directory and when I do an nslookup from the Lansweeper server, I get an IP address so it doesn't appear to be a DNS issue. See the attached image for the errors. Any help would be appreciated!

Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with the following:
- A screenshot of your web console landing page. You can access your landing page by clicking on the Lansweeper logo in the top left corner of the web console. Please show us the whole page.
- A screenshot of the complete error page for one of your affected machines.
- Information on how many computers are affected, their OS and service pack. Do these machines have a common OS?
