Engaged Sweeper
Good morning everybody,

I've Lansweeper v.6051 installed in my factory and I encounter a little issue with the Helpdesk Tab.

After the creation of a ticket for a specific user, all mail sent via Lansweeper ends with a System Error : "An error occured while processing the mail, Reason : No email adress found for the following User"

After verification, there is well an email address configured for the user which is valid.

All the other users doesn't encounter the problem.

Can you help me investigating this ?
