I am unable to create a ticket on your website.
Can I send it by email?
Hello,
I use a build-in admin account to log in to LANSweeper.
How do I link our LANSweeper to our Windows Active directory?
So that I can log in with my AD account?
When I put ADD AD User, I can't see the domain? I don't see the user, nothing?

To add AD users to the web console, you need first to scan those users. You can find more information on how to scan AD users and groups in this knowledge base article:
Then, you can configure the web console for access with AD accounts following the instructions in these articles:
- https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/customizing-the-web-console/restrict-access-to-the-web-console/t...

I ran a check by accessing the Support Portal simulating your account, which was completed without any issues. Could you try a different browser or a private window. Please also ensure disabled scripts is not active in your browser. For easy navigating, here's the link to the Support Portal
