I'm noticing several 'Not Scanned' computers showing up with the only errors being the ones in the attached screenshot.

I am also noticing a few reporting a 'Generic Failure'

Do you have the same errors for all classes?

No, only those listed in the image.

So...any resolution? Maybe going back to the "select *" for Win2k machines only?

No other users seem to have this problem so far.
(this also doesn't happen with our windows 2000 test machines)

I'm searching microsoft to see if it's a known problem.

Previous version did a "select * from win32_operatingsystem" which returned a lot of things not needed.
version 4 is more optimized for performance and bandwidth.

After following this guide, ProductType still appears to be missing. Most of these computers were scanning properly in previous versions.

Would it be possible to try a repair WMI on one of these computers.
It seems that win32_operatingsystem is missing "producttype" which is build in from windows 2000.

Not sure if this is what you wanted, but I can say that there hasn't been a single Windows 2000 PC that has scanned properly.
