You can view/configure this in the configuration tool: scanning setup/product keys

Ok thank you. What does the "Varations" check box do?

This is used for variations of DigitalProductID.

Example:
SQL server uses DigitalProductIDxxx (random number)

Different office version have different registry locations.
You need to search the registry for "digitalproductID" and add the registry key into the configuration.
