I have purchased Lansweeper but I am only getting the server to show up in the list of computers on the domain. I have followed every sign of set-up and configuration without sucess. Please guide me to the right solution. Thank you in advance.

Your domain dns name is most likely wrong.
It should be something like "dellilo.local" or something alike.

Please post screenshots of your active scanning configuration. (I suppose you enabled it, or are you using lsclient?)
