Pemium install scanned once and hasn't since

The system apears to be polling daily but has not updated any statistics for over a month. The service runs and has been restarted, there are no errors to report. Active scanning is enabled on single domain.

You didn't fill in the netbios name and dns name for your domain in active scanning

Most likely a config error in your active scanning.
Could you upload screenshots of your config and your errorlog.txt file.
