Hi all.
I'm trying Lansweeper 2.1 and everything in setup was OK.
The database was created OK.
The service is running under lsuser credencials (local administrator from server).
As a test, I ran lsclient into localhost and that worked. I can see it in Webconsole with all data and no errors.
When I ran lsclient pointing to IP of the server from clients, only logon is going to the inventory. Other resources are getting the following error message:
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
I'm running lsclient under lsscanner credencials. I tried it as local Administrators member as well as Domain Administrators member.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

You need to run the service under an account that has administrative permissions on the client computers.
The service needs permissions to scan the client. (easiest way is to let it run under domain admin permissions)
You need to run lsclient under the logged on user at the computer.
