I have a team of helpdesk, but they do not have permission to access remote. Where do I put this permission?

The user initiating the Remote Control session must have administrative privileges on the target machine. All custom actions are run in the security context of the user initiating the custom action. Scanning credentials submitted in the Lansweeper configuration console are not used.
