Hi All,
apologies if this question has been asked before. I am running version 4.0.0.27 of Lansweeper & have setup a combination of AD scanning & IP scanning.
For some reason, the poll date has not changed & is highlighted in red?
if i restart the lansweeper server, it restarts the polling. i could not find anything in the documentation about this.
How does scanning/polling process work? does it restart automatically after x days?

You need to run setup.exe and the installer will ask to upgrade all necessary components.

Hi,
would i have to do a full upgrade? if so, what is the process, or can i just replace the lansweeper service file?

Please update to the latest service version 4.0.0.40, there was a fix for this (related to wrong timezone)
