I just installed lansweeper and the premium tools pack, and none of the links, such as "Trigger Scan", or "Take Screenshot" are working when viewing the action screen webpage of a computer.
When I click on one of those links, it asks me, "Do you want to run : 'lstrigger.exe lansweeper compname domain'", I click ok, and nothing happens. Same thing for the "Take Screenshot" link.
Other links such as Ping, Event Viewer, or Tracroute do not even pop up a confirmation box...nothing happens at all.
What do I need to do to get this stuff working?

I believe I'm having the same problem. I installed IE Tab and even tried running IE itself (yikes!) but no go.
Almost nothing in the left pane works in either browser. On the premium options I modified, I do get a confirmation request, then nothing.
On IE, I get a tiny error at the bottom left:
"Automation server can't create object"
http://server/default.aspx? item=compdetail&comp=[COMPUTER NAME]
I get no action whatsoever with IE Tab on Firefox.

Did you change the internet explorer security configuration?

As stated in the documentation internet explorer is required to make the actions work (because it uses active-x controls)
What many people use is IEtab : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419

No, none of the other actions work. We do not use internet explorer here...Firefox is our supported browser. Is it not supported?

Are the other actions working (ping, ...)
If not you need to change your internet explorer security settings (see the documentation for details)
See this thread for the other tools : http://www.lansweeper.com/forum/yaf_postst1126_Cant-get-premium-update-to-install.aspx
