None of my workstations are reporting printers attached. There is no "printer" icon under the configuration menu. How do I get Lansweeper to find my HP USB attached printers?
WMI reads the "machine" printer (for all users) + the printers defined for the user performing the scan. (the account the lansweeper service is running)
These printers are most likely configured for the logged on user only and not for the complete machine.
