Champion Sweeper

I'm raising this item in the forums to try and highlight challenges we're facing in moving from Lansweeper Classic to Lansweeper Sites. Mostly to generate discussion, as there doesn't appear to be a great deal of it.

One item I'm noting is differences in how asset models are displayed between our Classic deployment and our cloud deployment. Note that all our assets are, ultimately, coming from our on-premises install and being synchronized to our cloud site. As such, I would expect the information to be the same.

A very easy example is with our HP Printer fleet. In Classic, we pretty consistently have the model show up correctly as the model of the actual printer, and we can, of course, update that if required via the Device SNMP OID lookup table. However, in our cloud site the same printers consistently show wildly different results, with most showing the JetDirect model instead of the printer model (images attached of the same sample of printers from each). And, unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any way to change these values in the cloud.

I have other examples for other types of assets. Has anyone else seen this, and is there any way to correct the cloud asset entries to better reflect the actual printer models?
