Currently I have Lansweeper configured to actively scan our primary production domain only which is working great. We have several other testing domains that I get some data from using IP scans but I am having trouble getting LS to see them for Active scan.
From the configuration interface under Active scanning domains I can't see the other domains when I click the browse button. Only my primary domain is listed. I also tried to manually enter the domain DNS name and Netbios name but then when I do that I can't use the Active scanning OU filtering to pick out target OUs. Does LS take some time to query the domain I entered manually?
Any ideas on what I could be missing?
