Engaged Sweeper
Hello!
I have installed Lansweeper with all the parameters that is stated in every documents.
Both the user accounts lsuser and lsscan accounts, i am testing this on my local computer running XP srvpack 2 and Sql server 2005 express.
I have connection with my sql database and the lansweeper server is running, i have also testet running the client and that is also ok.
My problems is when i try to connect to the webadmin console i get the message that i do not have access to the metabase of IIS.

I have folloved the instruktions using the metaacl.vbs script and added the lsuser account to the metabase but i stil get this message.
What can possible be wrong here, am i usig the wrong account (lsuser) to access the metabase. I amusing a ocal account at this time and i have been grantingthis ccount the administrative rights on my local computer, i am also running the server service with the same account and it have also been granted dbo owner rights to the database (Lansweeper).

When accessing the default console i also got this message, some of it is in Norwegian language but you could get the idea of what this could be.

normally, you don't need to change anything to the metabase of IIS.

I found this knowledgebase article which might help you.
