Problem With LanSweeper 3.5 after upgrade from 3.2

Hi,
I have upgraded from Premium 3.2 to 3.5.

After the upgrade i start the lansweeperservice.exe but after few seconds it terminates.

I use SQL 2005 DB on another machine.
