Problems with Inventory

Inventory was working fine. Recently the inventory is showing software quantity numbers that are way too low. MS Office in particular. Need resolution.

Could you give any output or an error log please.

Where does it show too little ms-offices?

Is it possible that you do scanning on version number and that this has changed?
