Engaged Sweeper
I am unable to see all of the Macs in Lansweeper (I can see 5 of 40), and those that I can see show up as Linux devices, but LS is unable to scan them. The error reads, "SSH Error, could not connect to SSH with credential Global (<username>). I've tried multiple local admin accounts, all of which can login through SSH using Putty. Port 22 is open on the Macs, and they have no firewall software installed. I figure I am just overlooking something simple, but can't for the life of me figure out what.

Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
- Screenshot of one problem machine's Lansweeper webpage, if a page exists.
- Screenshot of a connection test performed to the machine’s IP address using the DeviceTester.exe: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the machine’s IP address, and show us the entire test window. Don't forget to submit the same SSH credential used by Lansweeper for scanning.
