I have upgraded to Lansweeper 3.5 and am a premium user. My problem is that it is not showing product keys. Is there something I am missing

If you still didn't receive your new license key, please send a mail request and include your orderID to speed up things.

I have received no such text file yet. Is there another way I can acquire my license key?

I recieved my product key for premium as a textfile attached to a mail on the mail address I registered the product with.
I hope this helps you.

I am in the same boat. I thought I read yesterday that the Freeware version update emails had went out, and the Premium version emails were a bit behind them.

I have not gotten any email other than the Freeware version.

I would like to get my license key loaded so I can start building reports.

Did you enter the premium license key?
Do you seen any errors in your errorlog.txt?
