Lansweeper is showing a Not Scanned error with the following explanation;
"RPC Server unavailable" on Thin Clients both t5730s and t5740s.
All of the not scanned devices can be pinged, the IP addresses are correct, and the are viewable via VNC.
How do I force Lansweeper to resolved this issue?
