Hi,
we have a problem with some domain clients with XP SP3:

Lansweeper reports that the RPC Service is Unavailable, after the use of Lansweeper.vbs and repairwmi.cmd too.
This hasn't resolved the problem, after searching some resolution ways we have noticed that the RPC Service is used with NT Authority\Network Service, as all others working machines; switching the choice to local system account Lansweeper can retrieve informations from this PC.

Keep using this choice is a problem to other dipendent services or activities?
And why applying this change we resolve the connectivity problem?

Why leaving the nt authority\network service account on RPC this service results unavailable?

This is not a known problem. The Network Service account is the default for running the RPC service and works without issue on all of our machines.
