When looking through the Recent Changes report, I notice that a lot of entries are basically an item being added then removed, or vice versa. The screenshot should explain better. This applies to all Change reports, not just Software :
In this case it's difficult to see but if you look closely you see that the installdate has changed in the registry. (most likely done by a windows update)
