I have just upgrade from 3.2 to 3.5 but lansweeper is now only scanning the local machine / domain (called admin08) but I'd like it to scan our whole domain (called tangier). I have changed the user that the lansweeper service runs as to a domain admin account but when I restart the service I get this error in the log
12/05/2009 11:06:44: ADMIN08 <> BRIAN-WORK2 TANGIER: scanning multiple domains requires the premium version
I only want to scan one domain 🙂
Thanks
Brian

Is the service running under a domain user?
You have probably triggered lsclient from a local user instead of a domain user?

Does this machine belongs to the domain?
