Row cannot be located for updating

I am getting this error when trying to add Microsoft Office 2007 to the list of Product Keys to retrieve. After doing some research it appears to be a database issue. Since I just purchased the premium version I'd like it to work correctly.

Like the active scanning it can take up to 15 minutes before the service picks the change up.

It's still there and the error is no longer popping up. It isn't showing the keys for any of the systems though.

When you reopen the configuration, is the key still there?

I just went to the product key tab and entered the name of the product and then pasted the registry location in. I'm the only user. I can close the Configuration window, but it doesn't seem to pickup the product key when I rescan my system.

I can't reproduce it with the same data.

Do you know the steps you took to get this error?
Does the error go away when you close and open lsmanage?

This could be caused if 2 users change this field at the same time, is this possible?

Could you post a screenshot where you get this error please. (and a screenshot where you've put in the Microsoft Office key config)
