I am getting this error when trying to add Microsoft Office 2007 to the list of Product Keys to retrieve. After doing some research it appears to be a database issue. Since I just purchased the premium version I'd like it to work correctly.

Sorry the attachment is so large. I didn't realize it would put the picture in the message. I thought it would be a downloadable file.
I just went to the product key tab and entered the name of the product and then pasted the registry location in. I'm the only user. I can close the Configuration window, but it doesn't seem to pickup the product key when I rescan my system.
