How to disable user access to web console?

When I disable anonymous access in IIS Admin to lansweeper and Integrate Windows auth enabled, remove all except domain admins, in browser got "Server Application Unavailable"

Thanks. Solved by half - one of group has non english name - IIS could not find my group.
