As per default all our admins logon to their workstations as "normal" users without elaborated rights.
When they use the Lansweeper webconsole the use "Run As" with their Admin Account (Domain Admin).
When they want to use basic actions "Open C$" and "Admin $" the respective window (Explorer) does not open (pop up).

If I remember correctly you need to change an explorer setting: http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/detail/950/
And the profile of the "runas" user must exist on the source computer.

You can change the custom actions to use "runas.exe" or you can launch the webbrowser with admin rights.
