We apply windows firewall policy, for remote admin, it works in 5 clients, but we have others that doesn't works.I got these error:
Cannot connect to DCOM port 135 : Firewalled? (EROSAS)
The RPC server is unavailable 0x800706BA (erosas.imsalum.com, EROSAS, 172.18.4.187)

How can we solve this problem?

Best Regards!

Make sure that the firewall policy is working (or maybe a third party firewall is blocking access)
You can check the firewall config by typing:
netsh firewall show state

Check if any other software firewall is installed on the client or anything else that might cause this network problem

This is most likely caused by a software firewall (cisco?) or a really bad network connection.

This is the error that appears in the web console
Wmierror Call was canceled by the message filter. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010002 (RPC_E_CALL_CANCELED)) EROSAS (172.18.4.187)
What should I do?

You can see the detailed errors in the web interface.
Most likely it's this : http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/notfound.aspx
or this : http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/accessdenied.aspx
