Hi, I'm having problems with some clients thats not reporting their hardware. This is very random and Lansweeper is able to record the hardware from a lot of PCs.
The error message I receive as follows:
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
The AD account that I'm using is part of domain admins group and this group is part of the local admin group on all clients so this does not make sense to me. I've found some info on a MS forum referring this to some COM security issue but I don't know if this is related. Any idea what the issue might be here?
Thanks!!

Could you try the connectiontest and try to connect to this client with the same user as the service.
also try : dcomcnfg and make sure that dcom is enabled.
