We had scheduled scan setup and it used to work and records were updated but all of a sudden it stopped. When I starts a scan of an IP range manually it starts and I can see those in the queue but it clears with out scanning anything automatically. Tried below.
1. Checked for all IP ranges for multiple locations result is same.
2. Tried for group of machines as well as single machines - result is same.
3. Checked rescanning existing records - result is same.
4. Updated to new version - result is same.
We had the same issue in the first installation and then we rebuilt the server with MS SQL, but the scanning issue reoccurred which I need to troubleshot. Scanning errors in the server log not giving much insights.
