Scanning in premium version not working.

I'm new to Lansweeper and in the demo version I was able to complete the scanning without an issue. Now that I installed the premium version on a server, nothing but the one server is showing up on the scanning list. The credentials are setup in the configuration. Is there somthing I need to check?

Please check the errorlog.txt file for any errors and upload screenshots of your configuration.
