Screengrab capture white screen of Vista machines

Hi,
im experiencing this problem:

when i use screengrabber to connect to Xp machines all works fine. When i connect to Vista machines i receive always a white screen.
How can i solve this issue?

p.s.: the test was done on a pc with user logged and working

Yes, it will be released together with version 3.5

Hi this is a known issue with windows vista which should be resolved in the next update
