Screengrab not working via web, works using executable

Screengrab does not work when using through the web, does not display error of any kind. When I click on it I get a window asking if I want to run and I click ok and then I get the active X warning and I click ok to allow and then nothing. When I run the .exe directly it works

Do all other actions work?
Does it work when you enter directly \\smcorp\AdminSoftware\LAnsweeper\Remotescreenshot\screengrab.exe in a command prompt?

I tried that and get the same result
Any other ideas?

if you replace it by
\\smcorp\AdminSoftware\LAnsweeper\Remotescreenshot\screengrab.exe
do you see the screengrab appearing?

Yes using 3.5.1
Command is \\smcorp\AdminSoftware\LAnsweeper\Remotescreenshot\screengrab.exe {computer}

What is your screengrab command in the command list?
Do you use version 3.5.1?
