I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong. Can someone tell me how to use the screenshot feature? I click on it and at the bottom it says 'Installing Service' then nothing. If I choose the 'ask user' button, the user is asked and they click OK and again, nothing further.

Help?

Works fine from a 32-bit Windows 2003 server.

Must be something in 2008 or 64-bit related.

Edit: Tried it on a 2008R2 box as well - nogo.

Could you try running screengrab.exe from a workstation to the same computer so we can narrow the cause.

I assume it's all workstations - I've tried on 5 or 6.

Source machine is Small Business Server 2008, 64-bit.

As a test, I installed it on a Server 2008 64-bit box with the same outcome. (Standard server, not SBS, not R2)

What is the source workstation?

Which is the version of screengrab.exe that you are using?
What is the target OS?
