script issue on VPN

we have a lot of users who use VPN here at the company.
all the people who use the VPN we get the error
Wmierror Reverse lookup failed : 192.168.7.120 <> DP-GERRY-M

is there a solution for this ?

Please test our 3.5 beta, this version scans on fqdn by default.
