Since I upgraded to version 4.0.0.18 the lansweeper service keeps losing the started status and my scans are not working. I am not getting updates on a large number of systems. I manually start it and run a scan but it sometimes stops working right in the middle of the scan.

The normal setup should be ok.
Can you post a screenshot of the exact message you get please and your install.log file (is in %temp% while installing)

Is there a download for that file by itself? I tried to run the latest setup.exe but I get a message that it is already installed.
