We currently installed the new Lansweeper update for out system and now it is saying Service has stopped and nothing is being scanned and giving us updated configurations. Has this happened to anyone else? What can we do to fix this?
Can you try manually restarting the Lansweeper service, as shown in the attached screenshot. Is the service running under a user account? If so, check if the password has not expired. Do you see any errors in the event viewer related to the Lansweeper service?
