What does exactily the error "Automatic update service not running" searchs for?

I think it looks for "Windows update" service.

I have 2 Windows 7 pc's. Both of them are running this service.
One of them appears in this report.

I just saw your reply and went to get screenshots as you requested; the computer is no longer on the list. It looks like I didn't wait long enough after the Full Rescan to check for the error again. I believe my impatience got the better of me.

Thanks for your willingness to help me out.

We use Windows 7 machines for internal testing and have not had any issues with this report. Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the following:
- The Lansweeper webpage for one computer that you believe should not be in the report. Please show us the "Actions" section.
- On the client computer itself (same one from the webpage), the "Windows Update" item as listed in the Windows Services.

This error shows up for all of our Windows 7 computers, even after doing a full rescan. (I have checked to make sure that the updates are set to install automatically.) Is there something I should change about the report, or does it just not work for Windows 7 computers?

If using lsclient, is possible that Windows haven't started all the services when ls scanned the pc?

That might be possible.

Most likely the service was not running at the time of the scan.
