We'd like to show the agent name in the notification emails sent to users. The email address and email from name should still be the helpdesk, but inside the message body it should show 'From: Agent Name' in the ticket history instead of the helpdesk name.
I don't believe this can be accomplished with setting a ticket as personal because I couldn't find a way to set this as default, and even if I could, it would also send the notification emails from the agent's email.
Is there a way to get the functionality I'm looking for, if not, can I suggest it as a new feature.
