I'm trying to determine ALL software installed on a couple of windows servers.
After completing the scan I compare the software tab of the servers web page in LanSweeper to the add/remove programs section in control panel on the server and see several software packages not listed in LanSweeper.
A couuple are critical line of business apps like their accounting package: sage Business Works.
Do I need to configure something in LanSweeper in order to see ALL software installed on these servers?
Is it possible that the missing software packages are "per user" software, packages that are only installed for specific users? If so, Lansweeper will only report on these packages if the user logged on at the time of the scan had them installed.
