Unfortunately no, because I just found a solution. I'll try to describe what was happening.
The "Configuration/Allowed software" is divided in 2 lists :
- software found in your network
- approved software
The problem was :
- software found in your network showed a list of around 300 softwares (licensing view showed us around 800 softwares)
- approved software list was empty
When I selected all the softwares available on the "software found in your network" list and clicked on the "add" button, all the softwares have been successfully added to the "Approved software" list. BUT they still where in the "Software found in your network" list.
I closed the LanSeeper Console, opened it again, and then, the "approved softwares" where no more in the "software found in your network list"... they have been replaced in this "software found in your network list" by the MISSING softwares ! I also added them all in the approved software list.... restarted the console, and now the list of "Software found in your network" is empty and ALL the softares are in the "approved software" list. And the problem is solved.
It looks like the request that retrieves the software found in your network only retrieves a part of the whole softwares. When they are added to the approved software list, it looks like a "refresh" of the views which don’t work
